Summary of New Labor Legislation

Law n.º 13/2023 was published on April 3rd and will come into force on May 1st, 2023.

This Law amends the Labor Code and related legislation in order to implement the Decent Work Agenda. To help understand the main changes introduced by the new Law, Branco Garcia & Associates prepared a brief summary with the objective of analyzing the impact of the new legislation.
